Meet the speakers
Dr Qiushi Zeng

Endodontist
Dr Qiushi Zeng graduated with a Bachelor of Dentistry from the University of Sydney in 2013, achieving first class honours and was a recipient of the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for Academic Excellence. Driven by a passion for Endodontics, Dr Zeng went on to complete a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry at the University of Melbourne in 2024.
Dr Zeng is currently working in private practice in Castle Hill. She is an active member of the Australian Society of Endodontology and has a strong commitment to advancing the field. Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Zeng is passionate about educating the next generation of dental professionals, taking on a teaching role at the University of Sydney.
Dr Vidya Iyer

Oral Medicine Specialist
Dr Vidya Iyer is a registered Oral Medicine Specialist who provides comprehensive care in all aspects of clinical oral medicine, including diagnoses and management of Oral Diseases, Orofacial Pain and Dental Sleep Medicine.
She completed her three-year specialty training in oral medicine, with a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Oral Medicine) from the University of Melbourne. Her training comprised of clinical roles at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Peter Mac Callum Cancer Centre, Alfred Hospital and Skin Health Institute.
Dr Iyer is a Fellow of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia, and maintains membership with the Australian Dental Association.
Dr Iyer enjoys practising the full scope of oral medicine, with a strong focus on delivering treatment with compassion and empathy, ensuring her patient’s well-being is maintained at the highest level.
Dr Stephanie Rose

Oral Medicine Specialist
Dr Stephanie Rose is an Oral Medicine Specialist from Sydney. Dr Rose obtained her dental degree with First Class Honours from Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, winning the General Dental Council’s prize for professionalism in 2008. She went on to complete a master’s degree in clinical anatomy with Distinction at Queens University Belfast in 2015.
In 2018, Dr Rose completed a medical degree at Trinity College Dublin winning the University surgical prize and Professor Bouchier-Hayes Medal awarded by the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland. Although Dr Rose gained several years experience in Oral and Maxillofaical Surgery she found a deeper passion in the field of Oral Medicine which allowed a greater work life balance.
She completed her specialist training in Oral Medicine at the University of Sydney becoming a Fellow of the Oral Medicine Academy of Australasia. Dr Rose provides a general oral medicine service in private practice, and publicly at Westmead Hospital where she provides inpatient and outpatient care and continues research, teaching, clinical supervision and examination of students.
Dr Rose has lived on the Northern Beaches for many years. Originally from the UK, she fell in love with the beaches and lifestyle. Previous hobbies include sports and surfing but more recently her spare time is increasingly spent chauffeuring her two adorable young children to various social events. Dr Rose prides herself on being empathic towards patients. She is truly passionate and committed to providing a high-quality evidence-based service.
